Each month, the Park Tavern features a special dinner experience crafted by our own Executive Chef Daniel Cleary. For one low price, you get a delicious multi course meal (tax and gratuity will be added), each course paired with a custom selected wine or beer. 

Dinner is by reservation only ($39.95 / person).  Please call us at 952-929-6810 and ask to speak with a manager for more information.

 

February Chef's Dinner 

Thursday, February 23 20 at 6:15pm

 

Course One:  Lobster Bisque, Confit Lemon

  

Course Two:  Oyster-Corn Fritter with Three Vinegar Emulsion, Smoked Egg Yolk

  

Course Three:  Scallp, Winter Tomato, Bacon

  

Course Four: Braised Beef Shoulder, Organic Mushroom, Bread Pudding

  

Dessert:  Rhubarb, Yogurt, Almond, Chocolate, Blood Orange, Rosemary

 

  


 

Important Booking Information: Reservations are held with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Reservations can be made by calling 952-929-6810. Please let us know you are calling to reserve your spot for the Chef's Dinner. A manager will take your reservation. We also accept reservations in person with a cash deposit. Cancellations must be made by email to reservations@parktavern.net by noon the day before the scheduled Chef's Dinner. Cancellations made after that time are liable for a $20 charge per person.
