2017 Chef's Dinners
Each month, the Park Tavern features a special dinner experience crafted by our own Executive Chef Daniel Cleary. For one low price, you get a delicious multi course meal (tax and gratuity will be added), each course paired with a custom selected wine or beer.

First Course: Bread and goats' butter
Second Course: Taste of cheese and pineapple - cheese and pineapple
Third Course: Poached duck egg yolk - cauliflower - black pudding - bacon
Fourth Course: Duck Confit Risotto with porcini mushrooms & parmesan crisps
Fifth Course: scallop - mussel chowder - dill - potato cooked in Beurre Noisette
Sixth Course: Roast loin of veal - butter confit tomato - green asparagus - scorched squid – pea puree
Seventh Course: Mango and passionfruit - lime gel - spring flowers - white chocolate; Burnt English custard egg surprise Rhubarb and Ginger
Important Booking Information: Reservations are held with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Reservations can be made by calling 952-929-6810. Please let us know you are calling to reserve your spot for the Chef's Dinner. A manager will take your reservation. We also accept reservations in person with a cash deposit. Cancellations must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by noon the day before the scheduled Chef's Dinner. Cancellations made after that time are liable for a $20 charge per person.
